Twilight

So I saw the movie Twilight last year and loved it. Thought that the books would probably be even better and hey! I was right! :D
So now I've read "Twilight" and also "New moon". As soon as I get my money the rest of the books will be purchased.

I took a look around deviantart today and searched for twilight-related works. The thing I don't get is that there are so many people who keeps getting annoyed with the fact that in Twilight the vampires don't turn into dust when the sun hits their skin but they sparkle. Kinda. Honestly? Is turning into dust SO much more plausible then sparkling?! No, we've just been raised with that twist to the vampire myth. Can't people just shut up instead of sitting on the web whining about it? I mean, jeez. Move on already. They don't exist in real life anyway.
Wish they did though... *sigh* Oh well.

I love the books and will keep on doing so. :love:

i was wondering for quite a while now (years, actually) if your name means something that I don't (or can't) understand? Is it swedish? I kinda always liked the sound of it, always makes me think of contrast and coldness, um, yeah.. O.o

You're right. :) It's Swedish for "blackbird".
It's one of my favourite birds. ^^ Hey yeah, maybe it does have a nice sound?
Never really thought of it... I've always wondered how Swedish sounds if you don't understand it though... :D

just youtubed the word too learn how it's said right.. also watched some other stuff in swedish, sounds kinda interesting, like a mixture of many languages and then again really irritating if spoken fast, hehe.. koltrasten.. really a nice word. did i get it right that kol(t?) means coal? it's kohle in german, very close..
